When is your grand opening?

The soft launch will be for founder memberships in mid-January. Our opening for nonmembership holders will be 1/31/25 - 2/2/25.

What time will your classes be?

Our goal is to have classes at the following times: Monday - Friday: 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:30am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm. Saturday: 8am, 9am, 10am. Sunday: 9am and 10am. At the start, we won’t be offering all these times, and they will be based on demand. Our goal is to be able to offer all these times to the schedule.

What should I wear?

You can wear any athletic wear that you feel comfortable in. You will be sweating, so maybe something light! For shoes, any athletic shoe will work (running, cross-trainers, gym shoes).

I haven’t worked out in years. Can we still take a class?

You are my favorite kind of client! Of course, you can take a class. Our workouts are thoughtfully crafted to accommodate individuals at every stage of their fitness journey. Whether you're a complete beginner, an intermediate enthusiast, or a seasoned athlete, our program emphasizes inclusivity and personal growth. Each session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance, while also encouraging proper form and safety.

Will my HSA or FSA pay or reimburse me?

Every health plan is different. I would speak with your HSA or FSA provider and doctor. Sometimes, your PCP can approve a health workout plan that is covered. We have also partnered with a provider/service that can assist you with getting our HSA or FSA membership approved! Let us know in the studio or email us with any questions!
